MEPI Alumni Connection

Program Description

The MEPI Alumni Connection program is part of the U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI).

The program serves more than 3,500 MEPI alumni from across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region who have completed MEPI’s Student Leaders Program, Tomorrow’s Leaders, and Leadership for Development Fellowship.

The goal is to promote community and business leadership in the MENA region through alumni engagement. MEPI Alumni Connection focuses on creating local and regional networking opportunities; providing professional development opportunities; encouraging innovation through small grants opportunities; providing tailored training and technical assistance to MEPI alumni; and tailoring programs in coordination with U.S. embassies in the region to address specific alumni needs in each country.
