Southern Iraq Job Skills Development Program برنامج جنوب العراق لتطوير المهارات الوظيفية
Program Description
Southern Iraq Job Skills Development Program is an eight-month program that provides 80 undergraduate and vocational students with training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to develop their leadership, job-readiness, business English language, and entrepreneurship skills.
The program pairs small groups of students with a local mentor who will guide them through a customized curriculum focused on exploring career pathways, improving workforce readiness, and accessing professional networks. Through monthly curriculum modules and meetings, an online community, and staff support, students will gain skills and confidence that they can leverage in the real world upon graduation.
