Our Partners

Partnership is one of World Learning’s core values: there is no other way to create effective, sustainable change. We work with local governments, NGOs, businesses, and foundations on development, exchange, and education programs in over 100 countries, from Iceland to South Africa. We partner on workforce training programs that connect students in the developing world to local STEM jobs, on education programs that build the capacity of schools in developing and post-conflict regions to teach more effectively and inclusively, and on study abroad and exchange programs that open up the world to young people who may otherwise never leave their home communities.

World Learning has partnered with Cisco and USAID to establish technology training programs to improve economic opportunities for youth in Mexico, Burma, and Pakistan.

The MacArthur Foundation supports participants in the Experiment in International Living Leadership Institute from low-income communities in Chicago.

World Learning and JPMorganChase teamed up to design a custom Experiment in International Living program in South Africa for 110 young men of color enrolled in The Fellowship Initiative, a high school mentoring program.
