Program Description

The Experiment Digital connects high school students around the world using dynamic digital platforms, offering thematic knowledge and peer interaction.

Through virtual exchange programs, The Experiment Digital equips young people around the world with essential skills, builds cross-cultural connections, and empowers them to become engaged civic leaders.

High school students are invited to participate in six-to-eight-week virtual exchanges with The Experiment Digital. Through dynamic platforms that offer videos, chats, workshops, interactive lessons, and games, students develop their digital skills while building relationships with their peers from other cultures. Students can enhance their knowledge of subjects like STEM and climate change while building the leadership competencies that can propel them into exciting career fields. Along the way, students learn the value of civic engagement, volunteerism, and what it means to be a global citizen.

The Experiment Digital now offers three thematic virtual exchanges:

The Experiment Digital: Leadership in STEM teaches students to formulate and implement STEM projects in their local communities. The Experiment Digital: Climate Change and the Environment guides students to explore the climate crisis in communities around the world and culminates in a final project where they propose solutions to address this global challenge. The Experiment Digital: English-Spanish Language Exchange connects beginner-level English and Spanish learners and teaches them to read, comprehend, converse, and write about themselves and their social surroundings in both languages.
