Certification Portfolio
The culminating task for completion of the program is a portfolio in which you document your competency as a language teacher, in accordance with requirements from the Vermont Department of Education. These requirements emphasize practical skills in the classroom: lesson planning, curriculum planning, assessment of student learning, addressing learning differences, advocacy for students and languages, and academic research.
