Master of Arts in Intercultural Service, Leadership,
and Management
SIT's Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management degree allows you to design your own programs of study, drawing upon the courses and resources of the other five PIM degrees. You will select courses based on your individual objectives -- whether it’s to gain exposure to several different fields or receive targeted training needed for professional advancement. This flexibility is particularly valuable if you who want to make a career change, explore many disciplines, or focus on a specific set of skills.
Working closely with faculty advisors, you will select courses and a reflective practice phase that allow you to take full advantage of this flexible degree option. Your learning will derive from faculty instruction as well as student practice, analysis, and experience.
