Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation

Optional Concentration

Conflict and Development

This concentration offers students the opportunity to integrate into their study major theories of resource-based conflict, post-conflict reconstruction, and the role of development aid in conflict transformation. The concentration allows students to assess intervention design and evaluation methods as well as the role of professionals in current development projects. In addtion to fulfilling degree requirements for the Conflict Transformation degree requirements, students take additional courses from PIM’s Sustainable Development curriculum.
