World Learning introduces Global Dialogues—short-term, intercultural programs that foster World Learning's mission to create a more peaceful and just world. World Learning Global Dialogues offer transformative journeys for individuals and organizations seeking greater engagement with critical global issues. We design our programs to complement working professional and active lifestyle schedules. Participants will build personal connections with people and communities around the world while strengthening World Learning's own global community.

How can World Learning Global Dialogues enhance your own understanding and engagement in global issues?

For individuals seeking global awareness through travel:
Increase your knowledge of topics such as human rights, environmental conservation, post-conflict reconciliation, arts and cultural expression, or global health by travelling directly to communities working to address these issues. Connect with local organizations and individuals to discuss and explore potential solutions to common problems facing our world.

For educators seeking global engagement around timely issues:
Provide faculty engagement and professional development programs designed to strengthen research networks, enrich curricula, and deepen internationalization efforts at your school or campus. World Learning Global Dialogues can design customized courses to complement  a campus-based course or common book reading.

For professional associations and organizations:
Develop customized programs that provide continuing education units (CEUs) needed for your membership or networks.  Through SIT, the NEASC-accredited institution of higher education of World Learning, we can offer CEUs as well as graduate credit for programs on themes such as urban studies, global health, sustainable development, natural resource management, or post-conflict studies.
