Kenyan Situation: Letter from Wangari Maathai
The following letter was written last week by Wangari Maathai, 2004 Nobel Peace Prize winner and World Learning Trustee Emerita, in response to the ongoing political situation in Kenya. As things continue to evolve on the ground, World Learning is monitoring the situation on a daily basis. At this time, we have decided to run our SIT Study Abroad programs in Kenya in the Spring Semester, with strong contingency plans should things change.
