Marla Solomon holds a doctorate in nonformal education and international development, with specializations in organizational theory and development, research and evaluation, women’s literacy, and training. Her main regional experience is in Francophone West Africa and Cape Verde. She teaches courses in research and inquiry, program evaluation, training, and organizational behavior. Her current research and practice interests include women and leadership, cultural differences in adult learning experiences, and using evaluation as a tool for organizational learning.
