Julia Gagnier joined World Learning in March 2007 following fifteen years in executive search, developing HR best practice policy, and designing effective employee training and development programs.
Most recently, she ran her own consultancy, Impact Research and Recruiting, providing services for executive recruitment, succession planning and human resource policy enhancement for national clients such as Apple Computers, Fidelity Investments, and the National Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, Gagnier worked at RHI Consulting, a division of Robert Half International, based in Silicon Valley, one of the world’s premier professional staffing companies. At RHI, she helped train, hire and coordinated the initial rollout of RHIC, the technology division of Robert Half. She also participated in developing and delivering national training materials for the new RHI Consulting divison. Gagnier began her career with Advance Personnel & Training, based in Burlington, MA where she worked within the technology, finance and academic sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.
