BRATTLEBORO, VT (March 25, 2010) -- World Learning/SIT invites runners and walkers at all levels to sign up for the 8th annual Race for a Reason on May 1, 2010. All proceeds from the 5k/10k race will go to AyitiKonseVet, a nonprofit organization that runs agricultural projects in schools and communities in Haiti.

Registration is underway, with an early-bird discount price of $20 for adults and $15 for students. Participants pay $25 after April 5 and $30 on race day. Children under 12 years old are free. The race fee includes post-race food and plenty of community members and SIT graduate students to cheer you on at the finish line.
