World Learning consults with organizations across a wide range of sectors to improve their institutional performance, working in a range of institutions, including government ministries, banks and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

World Learning’s Capacity Building Services begins by assessing the needs of a client institution to determine current processes, opportunities and challenges. We’ll then work closely with management of the organization to make recommendations for improvement and work together with the institution to implement the recommendations.

With past clients, recommendations have included the introduction of new work procedures, managerial restructuring, equipment purchases, training, training of trainers, and technical assistance.
