Program Overview
Orientation in Paris
During your three-day orientation in Paris, become an expert at negotiating the Metro, visit the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre, and meander down the Champs Elysées. Practice French as you and your group visit local vendors to buy breads, pastries, fruits, and cheeses for a picnic lunch.
Brittany Discovery
Explore the culture and traditions of Brittany— "a nation within a nation" that juts into the sea. Discover this coastal province rich in music, art, and scenic natural beauty. Following your Breton homestay, cook traditional crêpes and experience regional song and dance at the festival of Cornouailles in Quimper. Your journey ends in Vannes, a fortified city at the entrance of the Gulf of Morbihan, where you relax on one of the 365 coastal islands famed for their beaches and nature preserves.
